Bakken Staffing℠, a division of Command Center, was created to address the unique workforce and staffing challenges in the Williston Basin and Bakken Shale play. The significant investment of the energy industry in this area has led to the lowest unemployment rate in the country, a shortage of housing, and a shortage of workers and employees.
These unique challenges require creative solutions not offered by the “industry standard” staffing company offerings. We recognize the need to leverage our network to recruit candidates throughout the country and partner with housing and lodging solution providers to offer housing options as a part of the recruiting process.
